Let Us Save You Time at The Apple Store

We often go to the Apple Store to pick up accessories for a customer, or drop off/pick-up warranty repairs. We did this today for a customer who pre-ordered an item from the local Apple Store, and then asked us to pick it up while we were there.


Everybody hates crowds and parking hassles.

Going to the Mall - even if your favorite computer store is there - can be like going to the dentist. Enter a great new plan called Personal Pickup. Make your purchase at the Apple Online Store or from the Apple Store app on your iPhone or iPod touch. Select “pick up” when you check out, then stop by your favorite Apple Retail Store to pick up your order in person. Apple takes it as step further in that you can get a personal setup appointment when you come in to the store for your order. Absolute genius, from a customer service standpoint, but today we learned that if you want your friendly neighborhood Apple Consultant to pick the order up for you, you must indicate that a third party will be picking it up at time-of-order.

According to Apple sales policies: "If you select in-store pickup, you may designate a third party to pick up your order. You must provide the name and email address of the third party. Please note that certain products and payment methods are not eligible for in-store pickup by a third party. The third party will need to bring a government issued photo ID and order number for pickup. Apple is not responsible for actions taken by the third party once your item(s) have been picked up."

So, we're happy to pick up your order for you. Just remember to indicate third-party pickup on your online orders, and indicates that Davis Jefferson is picking it up for you. Let us handle it! We bring your order to your office or home. You can have us setup your equipment right in the comfort of your home or office…personal service with no loud crowd and parking hassles!

Understand that we are "on-the-clock" while we are doing all this. This is a value-added service. The value to you is that it saves you time and hassle, and you don't need so send an employee, who is being paid to do other things. You are paying Your Trusted Technology Advisor to handle it for you because you have more important things to do then thake an inconvenient trek to the Mall.

One note about repairs: Jefferson Consulting can do many out-of-warranty repairs at your office or ours, but warranty repairs must be done by The Apple Store or an Apple Authorized Service Provider. Transporting your equipment to-and-from the Apple Store/service center is another value-added service we offer, and we can pickup your repair for you as long as we have a copy of your repair form.
