Founded in 2004, Jefferson Consulting Associates LLC is a privately-held Information Technology Services company with headquarters in Newark, Delaware.

Jefferson Consulting Associates LLC serves small-to-medium-size businesses (SMBs), along with professionals and households, in Delaware and the surrounding area. From time to time, we are also requested to assist and augment corporate and K-12 education IT departments.

In early 2022, Jefferson Consulting Associates LLC celebrated 18 years in-business. We look forward to a bright future as we continue to support the community, and help our clients achieve their goals.

Davis H. "Dave" Jefferson, President and CTO

Davis H. "Dave" Jefferson is our President and Chief Technology Officer here at Jefferson Consulting Associates LLC, an I.T. consulting practice he founded to serve the growing tech support needs of Delaware and the surrounding region.

After a successful career in computer sales, Davis launched his consulting practice in 2004. He leverages his extensive business, customer relations, and technical experience, to lead the company in providing best-of-breed consulting, support, and learning solutions.

Davis holds a BA in Political Science from Washington College on Maryland's Eastern Shore, where he worked as a student lab assistant at the campus Computing Center, and was involved with helpdesk, technical writing, network support, and mainframe backups. During the course of his consulting career, Davis has earned several technical certifications.

A 16-year veteran technology instructor, Davis is an Apple Certified Trainer and member of the Apple Consultants Network. He is a member of the Amateur Radio Relay League, and is an FCC-licensed "Ham" Radio Operator, callsign K3DHJ. A native of the Delmarva Peninsula, Davis was raised in coastal Sussex County, Delaware. He now resides "upstate" in Newark - home of University of Delaware's Fighting Blue Hens - with his wife, daughter, and the JEFCON K-9 unit, a frolicsome boxer/terrier mix.

Davis earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from Washington College on Maryland's Eastern Shore. He holds several technical certifications and is a 16-year veteran technology instructor.

Davis is a member of the Apple Consultants Network and the Amateur Radio Relay League; and is an FCC-licensed "Ham" Radio Operator.
