Jefferson Consulting Associates LLC, a privately held Information Technology Services company based in Newark, Delaware, strategically serves customers in the Wilmington and Philadelphia metro areas, southern New Jersey, the eastern shore of Maryland, and the entire state of Delaware. While our primary focus is on providing services to small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs), we also support non-profits, professionals, and private households. Additionally, we are available to assist and enhance corporate and K-12 education IT departments.

In early 2004, Apple celebrated the 20th Anniversary of the Macintosh computer. Two days later, Davis Jefferson, our founder, received the formation documents from the State of Delaware, marking the birth of Jefferson Consulting Associates LLC. In early 2024, we celebrated our own 20th Anniversary of providing consulting and training services with a specialization in Apple Technology Solutions. We are thrilled to continue our journey and fulfill our mission.

Davis H. Jefferson
Founder, President, and CEO

Davis, a native of the Delmarva Peninsula and a long-time resident of Delaware, founded the company in 2004 to meet the increasing demand for technology support in Delaware and its surrounding regions. After a 14-year career in retail and business computer sales, he transitioned into consulting and training .He leverages his extensive business, customer relations, and technical expertise to guide the company in providing “best-of-class” concierge-style IT consulting, support, and training solutions.

Davis’s expertise extends to his roles as a former Apple Certified Trainer and AppleCare Certified Service Technician Trainer (contract). He has been a classroom leader at Apple corporate campuses, Authorized Training Centers (ATCs), and client locations across North America. His training has positively impacted the careers of hundreds of technicians and support professionals. Davis holds several computer industry certifications and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Washington College.

Davis’s extensive knowledge of business operations, customer service, and technical skills enables him to effectively manage the firm’s consulting, support, and training services.
