Today Jefferson Consulting announces a renewed presence in social media and another reboot of the JEFCON blog. These important communications tools were sidelined during the COVID-19 Pandemic, and we left them inactive while we focused on keeping our families and our clients safe.

Some businesses struggled during the COVID lockdowns, but ours was steady, with an increase in remote support activity to offset the reduced onsite service calls. After the pandemic faded, we experienced a downturn in activity - a delayed effect from the COVID-19 crisis. So as we scrambled to take care of business, there was little time or energy left to devote to the blog and social media. In retrospect, that may have been a mistake. Now it is time to get back in the game - because the world needs to know that Jefferson Consulting Associates is alive and well and that we stand ready to help you with your technology support and training needs!

With Apple’s new M-processors constantly being upgraded, new iPhones released every year, Microsoft’s Windows 11 taking over, but not completely compatible with older Windows 10 PCs, and Windows 10 End of Life (EOL) slated for early 2025 - not to mention the increasing cybersecurity threat to home and small business networks - the tech world is just a crazy, crazy place. Our job is to deal with the crazy for you, and make your life at work and at home, a little easier. Our services are needed now more than ever.
