We are members of the Apple Consultants Network with more than 1,000 members throughout the US and Canada, and now expanding into Europe and Latin America. To become a member, there is a vetting process, including a background check and certification requirements. We are independent technical experts offering a wide variety of services, from setting up an office, network or workgroup, to cross-platform network integration, digital video, publishing automation, and wireless support. Many of us also provide training as part of our consulting services.

Apple Consultants Network members are required to take and pass an exam that proves our proficiency in macOS. We all hold the Apple Certified Support Professional certification (formerly Apple Certified Help Desk Specialist). Many of us are also certified in macOS Server support and professional applications such as Final Cut Pro, XSAN. Some of us are certified Apple hardware technicians (ACMTs) and some hold Microsoft certifications, as well.
