Jefferson Consulting can provide hardware service for most out-of-warranty Mac models manufactured before 2019. Newer Mac models must be serviced by an Apple Retail Store or an Authorized Apple Service provider (AASP) due to proprietary diagnostic and activation software related to the T2 Security Chip. We also provide out-of-warranty service for most Dell, HP, ASUS, Toshiba, and Lenovo PCs.
