Apple Consultants Network members are required to take and pass an exam that proves our proficiency in macOS. We all hold the Apple Certified Support Professional certification (formerly Apple Certified Help Desk Specialist). Some of us are certified Apple hardware technicians (ACMTs) and some hold Microsoft certifications, as well.
